Welcome to Charlene’s Dazzling Sweets

Ever since I can remember, I have loved the aroma of freshly baked goods. I used to taste different pastries and try to guess their secret ingredients. As I got older all I could find myself doing was baking away for family and friends for any occasion. A bit after Covid was upon us, and things started to normalize  I decided to take a two day cake course, where it taught me how to frost and stacks cakes and after that I immediately fell in love with the artistry of cake making.

Shortly after in November 2020, I decided to launch my at home bakery and that's where Charlenes Dazzling Sweets began. Ever since I have been exploring and discovering new tastes and textures, and about improving and reinventing every day.
